Limited Warranty for products purchased directly from Torque Rush Performance
All units are tested for proper operation prior to shipping and we are confident that you will be very satisfied with our products. When purchased directly from Torque Rush Performance, units are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Damage to the units is not covered by this warranty. Warranty excludes any shipping costs to or from Torque Rush Performance Inc. and is limited to repair or replacement of the unit at our discretion.

Authorized returns in new, unused condition may be eligible for refund less actual shipping and payment processing costs incurred by Torque Rush Performance. Shipping cost is the amount invoiced to us by the carrier. In many cases this is greater than the standard destination fee added at checkout. This includes any return shipping costs where a shipment is undeliverable or refused. Items must be received within 30 days from date of purchase. Carrier charges vary according to the customer requested shipping method. Our typical one way costs for a small package, valued under $400, shipped DHL/FedEx/UPS to the USA are $35 - $45USD. Payment processing costs are approximately 4% of the total order value. There is no handling or re-stocking fee on small orders. Returns from outside Canada must be shipped exactly as instructed and only via the postal service. Otherwise the carrier will assess import duties and taxes on the shipment as well as charge a significant customs brokerage fee. These could reduce the refund by $75 or more, depending on the declared value of the return shipment.
